The demonstration
Now in its 43rd edition, HostMilano is the world's leading platform for technologies, products, formats and services for professional hospitality and out-of-home hospitality. It is held every two years (odd years) in the Fieramilano district of Rho. The 2023 edition is scheduled from 13 to 17 October next.
It presents a complete overview of innovation in the sector, combined with vertical insights into the individual sectors, divided into three macro-areas organized by supply chain affinity: Professional Catering and Bakery - Pasta- Pizza; Coffee - Tea, Bar - Coffee Machines - Vending, Ice Cream - Pastry; Table-Technology-Contract Furniture.
The sectors relating to the bar and coffee world together make up the SIC - International Coffee Exhibition, an international reference point where all the Italian and foreign protagonists of the supply chain from the green bean to the cup are present.
The exhibitors
To date (February 2023) over 1,200 companies have already registered. International brands, coming from at least 44 countries, represent 45% of the total.
The USA is among the most represented countries, alongside the numerous presence of producers from Italy and European countries such as France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The buyers
Approximately 700 highly profiled hosted buyers from 63 countries are expected. Among the main targets: distributors, food & beverage managers, resellers, exporters/importers; catering, food service, eating out, retail and large-scale distribution professionals; chefs, operators in the hospitality sector.
In the last edition the buyers came in particular from the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Russia.
